Autoship Program
What is the Slim Shot® Autoship Program?
You have the option to join our autoship program if you prefer. You are not obligated to join it when purchasing, it is strictly for those customers that would like to have their Slim 10® shipped to them on a regular basis so they do not run out of their supply. You will be offered this option AFTER you order. You have to intentionally join this program; it is not something you need to opt-out of – there are no hidden terms. A lot of customers take advantage of our complimentary "Auto-Ship" Service because your shipments are timed perfectly to arrive at your door just a few days before you run out of your current supply. This means you'll never miss a single important dosage. The Auto-Ship Service does not cost anything extra and you will receive complimentary insurance on every shipment. If for any reason you do not receive your order, we will replace it free of charge.
If you do decide to join the autoship program, the following would apply:
If you ordered a one month supply, we would send you a one month supply every month at the same time until you inform us to stop. We will bill your credit card the exact same fee as your initial order. If you ordered a three month supply, we would send you a three month supply every three months and you would be billed the three box price every time. So on and so on….
Can I order without being on an Autoship Program?
Of course you can. No one is automatically signed up for the autoship service. You have to intentionally sign up for the autoship service after you place your order. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. If your country is listed on the order page, we will ship to you.
What do you charge for shipping and handling?
For regular parcel post, the shipping and handling fee is $20.00 (US). Global Priority, if available for your country, costs $25.00 (US). Courier delivery is available for some countries and costs $35.00 to $45.00 (US)
How long before my order arrives?
Most international orders are delivered in 10 days. Please note: Customs clearance may delay the delivery of your order by up to an additional two weeks depending on your country.
What happens if my order does not clear customs?
If you provide us with the appropriate documentation from your Customs Department, we will refund your purchase, less a restocking fee of $20.00 plus any expedited shipping services, if any. Or, at your request, we will re-ship your order, but we must charge shipping and handling again. If we re-ship your order and it again does not clear customs, we will refund your purchase less the restocking fee as described above. Sorry, but we cannot ship a third time.
Will I be charged a customs fee or tax?
Most countries today charge their citizens an import duty or tax. We are unable to determine this in advance, and you will be responsible for this cost.
